Firefox updated itself, and re-opened without all my tabs from the previous session. That session isn't available in history. Is there any way I can get these back? All my work was organised in tabs.

Note there are no enterprise policies in place.

i can't do a search. I keep getting "problem loading page" and "secured connection failed" This is happening on both my windows 7 computer and my windows 10 computer. The same thing is happening if I try a google search as well.

TODAY BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS OPENING PAGES BEYOND HOMEPAGE. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE. HOMEPAGE LOADS LOADS NORMALLY BUT LINKS WITHIN HOMEPAGE DISPLAY ACCESS DENIED. WITH OR WITHOUT ENHANCED PROTECTION. PROBLEM SITES: COSTCO, HOME DEPOT, LOWES ETC. OTHER WEBSITES WORK NORMALLY. I CANT EVEN SEND AN ERROR REPORT WITHIN FIREFOX (THERE WAS AN ERROR SENDING THE REPORT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER DISPLAYED. I'm stumped. For years I kept Firefox on my Windows machine (Win10, 64bit, 8gb ram) at some level around 80x (I forget the number). I even recently switched over to Edge until I got fed up with its complicated design. So when I went back to Firefox, I upgraded to the latest 147.0.3 (64-bit). At first everything seemed okay. But then I noticed I was having trouble posting comments on any Washington Post comment section OR the whole thing would freeze up or other oddities. ONLY there. Everything else runs fine.

To add to the mystery, I walk upstairs to where I have a Mac (Sonoma, with 64gb ram) with Firefox 143.0.1. And I can post comments on the Washington Post, nothing freezes, everything works fine. So it can't be a problem on the Post's site itself.

Back on the Windows machine I have tried various Firefox settings, changing the permissions from strict to standard, changing the performance settings, turning Add ons off and on one by one, running in Safe Mode. But no changes change the problem on the Post comment section.

I'm at a loss to understand the difference. The Mac does have more Ram, but previous to my upgrade on the Windows machine, it was running the Post site just fine.

Hi Mozilla. About once a day I will try to open a page on Firefox and I will just get a blank page with a red bar at the top. Often I will get a flash of the page only for it to disappear and I just get the white with red bar. Sometimes it happens when I click a link that opens a new tab. Other times it happens when I search using the taskbar (I use the Ecosia search extension). But honestly it just seems completely random. If I copy the URL into Chrome I'm able to access the website fine. I have tried disabling ad blocker and it doesn't help.

Please help.

My folders with links have disappeared, but the links are all listed separately. I can't create new folders because it says I already have a folder with that name. But I don't see any Folders just all links.

While transferring data from the old profile manager system to the new one, I accidentally created one more profile than I needed. I have tried to delete the extra profile on multiple occasions, it won't go away. I have attempted to delete it through the profile management ui, and I went into the files and delete the associated data. On both occasions, the profile remained in the UI. I am unable to edit anything about the profile either. Is there anything I can do to resolve this annoyance?

When there is a field to fill in my credit card info, the info will appear and let me select the CC I want to use but when I move away from the field the CC info goes away.

YouTube playback freezes for a second or two every few minutes.

Hi, The last few times I have redesigned and uploaded my site (I use Weebly), certain pages do not show up on Firefox but do on other browsers. My site is www.devildoll.com and the pages: available, sold and commissions just show up as the grey box but the images do not load. When I look on Chrome, everything looks fine. How to get rid of auto saved bad email addresses? Someone used my friends NAME but a DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS two or three times, and I accidentally pick the bad address & she doesn't get her email!!!! These addresses are Not in my address book, just in the aol drop down box.

When Firefox updated I only created a default profile and could not or did not import bookmarks. They seem lost now. I was offered to import from other browsers like Edge but did not see any way to import from my previous Firefox version. I am unable to find any automatic backups in bookmarkbackups folder.

I manually clear all youtube cookies. I have these youtube exceptions. After going to youtube, then checking "Manage Cookies and Site Data" I still see Firefox saved a youtube cookie.

if I had 30 bookmarks, there was no problem to sort all by name, if I´ve had 40 bookmarks I must sort it 3 times but then it works. But now I have more than 50 bookmarks and I testet it every update but it dosen´t work, why ?

In recent activity if I click the kebab menu and select Delete from history the thumbnail disappears to reappear again after a couple of seconds. Only after repeatedly clicking Delete from history the activity actually disappears.

Is this normal behaviour?
